One of our favorite Manhattanites, Tinsey Mortimer, channeled the 1960's with a dark eye, nude lip and blunt bangs at the New Yorkers for Children Annual Fool's Fete in NYC.
Here are the deets:
Makeup by Jasen Kaplan, Dior dress
Skin: DiorSkin Airflash Spray Foundation, Dior Skinflash Radiance Booster Pen
Eyes: Dior 5-Colour Eyeshadow in Twilight, Dior 1-Colour Eyeshadow in Flirty Brown and Terra Sienna, Dior Crayon Eyeliner in Trinidad Black, DiorShow Blackout Mascara
Cheeks: Dior Bronze Original Tan in Amber Tan
Lips: Dior Addict High Shine Lipstick in Artist Pink
Elegant Spring face, baked and served. Lady-like meets Rock & Roll. An emphasis on the eyes while keeps the rest of the look neutral. I'm obsessing over the sexy cat eyes. Now this, ladies, is how liner and lashes are done!

I love Rossum's look...but I can't say the same for Tinsley. I usually love her looks, but I think she appears pale and older than usual. I know that's not how SHE looks...I just think the makeup/hair does that to her here. I really think that's too bad because she's gorgeous!
Looks like Tinsley Mortimer is going for the low-budget look on this week's episode of "The Fashion Show". Found a preview clip at BravoTV.com: http://www.bravotv.com/the-fashion-show/videos/one-of-new-yorks-premiere-socialites
