GIRL CRUSH: Amanda Seyfried at the Letters to Juliet Premiere

I love me a good updo. This one on Amanda Seyfried from the Tribeca Film Festival isn't just good, it's divine. And these cat eyes: delish. Amanda def has the feline femme fetale thing down perfectly. I'm inspired by how dark and smokey the outer corner of the eye is. This can be accomplished by using a dark color for the corner and a shade lighter for the lid (don't go too light, the entire look should be moody and dark).  With eyes like this, picking a salmon/ nude lip is not only wise, but necessary.

(P.S. Notice the hair elastic serving as a band on her head -- I told you head pieces were a trend!).

It looks like our little girl is all grown up.

Frederic Fekkai’s Renato Campora, who did the 'do, explains how to get the look:

Inspiration: Cool and casual with a bit of edge

The Look: A modern easy up do –versatile from day to night
How To: On wet hair, Campora applied FEKKAI FULL BLOWN VOLUME™ STYLING WHIP and blow dried thoroughly using his fingers. He then used a half -inch curling iron to create waves around her head for texture. He teased the hair just slightly from roots half- way down to the middle of the head to add a little bit of extra volume. He sprayed FEKKAI SHEER HOLD® HAIRSPRAY all over to secure the foundation of the look. Using the Fekkai Classic Brush he swept all of her hair back to create a loose French twist. To finish the look he added a thin headband and smoothed back the front of the hair.
